Excellent air conditioning with a noisy engine

I like that this window AC can cool my 700 sq. ft. room with 3 fan speed modes. The digital interface is also very modern. It's also energy efficient, so I'm not worried about the electricity bills. I just don't like the noise when it's in sleep mode.

Smooth Installation and Operation

I've had this air conditioner for nearly a year now, and it's been great. Everything has been smooth, from the installation to the operation, and the sound is pretty quiet. However, two months ago, my AC unit stopped working and no longer cools the room. I asked the customer service, but they didn’t respond.
