Smooth Installation and Operation
I've had this air conditioner for nearly a year now, and it's been great. Everything has been smooth, from the installation to the operation, and the sound is pretty quiet. However, two months ago, my AC unit stopped working and no longer cools the room. I asked the customer service, but they didn’t respond.
